Hormone & Inflammation Specialist
My body was constantly inflamed. My labs were "normal."
I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis at 26 and Hashimoto's at 30. Suddenly it all made sense — my body was constantly inflamed. Years of dieting had caused hormonal imbalances and an adapted metabolism, and my doctors kept telling me my labs were "normal."
I knew I shouldn't have to settle for that. I invested in functional testing to target the root of my issues, devoted my studies to hormones, inflammation and metabolism, and made it my mission to help other women do the same. At 37 I look and feel better than I did in my teens.
This guide is the first week I wish someone had handed me at 30: what to eat, what to drink, how to move, how to recover — and which labs to ask for so the bloat doesn't just come back.
